I have a new vacancy in today for a Windows 7 and Citrix based environment, 2nd Line desktop support. You will be the single point of call for IT users across Europe and the UK, providing remote and desktop support to numerous European locations. Company is a billion pound turnover company whose focus is manufacturing and FMCG. Brand new opportunity to join a well established support team
You will be reporting into the IT Support Manager and will need to be self motivated and occasionally work flexible hours. We are looking for someone who is in this long term, not using this as a stepping stone. The company offer fantastic benefits and generous salaries.
To be a success, you will NEED:
A minimum of 2 years desktop support experience.
Preferably help-desk management exp.
A full driving licence
WINDOWS 7 Experience
Citrix familiarity
Office 2003/2007
Active Directory and Exchange
TCP/IP, DNS and Ethernet
