Business Analyst / Business Transformation
My client is a highly successful & dynamic market leader with impressive growth plans for 2012 as they start a major transformation programme! They are looking for a number of Business Analysts to join their impressive operations based in Cheshire.
My client is looking for experienced business led change Business Analysts to work in two areas of the business: BAU & Transformation. Therefore, there will be a range of current change projects/programmes to work on and some future state concept change projects/programmes.
The Business Analysts need to have the following experience:
*Working on a range of transformation programmes/projects that are process change specific
*Mapping out "to be" processes
*Working on system implementation projects
*Proven requirements gathering & elicitation skills
*Probing skills - question, challenge the norm, discover how to add value to the process
*Relationships with UAT teams - driving test tools
*Ability to gather dynamic requirements in an ever changing environment
*eTOM experience is required for some roles not others
My client will provide excellent career progression opportunities working with top class change agents on one of the most exciting transformation programmes to hit the UK outside of financial services.
The salary is up to £50,000 + bonus + package. This is dependent on level of experience and competency level.
The position is based in Cheshire and is commutable from Manchester, Lancashire, East Midlands, West Midlands, Staffordshire & Warwickshire.
