Senior Project / Programme Manager / Business Transformation
My client is a highly successful & dynamic market leader with impressive growth plans for 2012 as they start a major transformation programme! They are looking for a number of Senior Project Managers / Programme Managers to join their impressive operations based in Cheshire.
My client is looking for experienced business led change Senior Project Managers / Programme Managers to work in two areas of the business: BAU & Transformation. Therefore, there will be a range of current change projects/programmes to deliver and some future state concept change projects/programmes.
The Senior Project Managers / Programme Managers need to have the following experience:
*Proven track record of delivering business led change programmes focused on process change and embedding new processes
*Systems implementation background (Oracle implementation will be a bonus)
*Budget management
*Budget tracking - ability to cope with internal & external audits
*Focus on customer journey
*Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
*Ability to think strategically
*Customer facing
*Understanding of UAT and ability to manage it
*Background in software development projects & managing offshore development relationships
*Ability to work across multiple platforms with a multitude of legacy systems
