About us
Founded in 1985, our reputation grew quickly due to our ability to understand clients’ more complex requirements, filling those more difficult briefs. Intelect were also noted for their provision of client-paid magazine and media advertising – something we continue to this day.
With the advent of the Internet and on-line job boards, Intelect promptly took advantage of new channels, and became more focussed on this new medium – benefiting clients and candidates alike.
Initially focused on the North West from our base in Manchester, we opened in London in 1996, developing a team of expert recruiters based on our successful North West model.
Further expansion followed in 2005 when Intelect set up an Analytics team, targeting roles within the Financial Services and Marketing arena. This has subsequently grown to cover the whole of the UK and into all industries requiring these highly specialised skills.
In 2007, Intelect joined the AIM-listed and fast-growing InterQuest Group, further extending our reach and capability.
