We have several career paths available:-
Resourcer
A Resourcing role is a support role, aiding in the search and selection of candidates for Account Managers and Consultants. This requires a great temperament, with the ability to work on your own in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Resourcers trawl our own 100,000 strong database, on-line job boards and other mediums to acquire ‘exact match’ candidates for specific posts. An excellent post to get a first-footing into a Recruitment role.
Account Manager
There are certain accounts we have won which require an outstanding level of ongoing service, and are just simply too big for our consultants to handle as well as other business. Therefore an Account Manager services these larger, corporate accounts, and does everything from acquiring the job-brief, to searching for the candidate, advertising, networking and filling these high-end roles for our clients. A key and pivotal role to say the least.
Consultant
Consultants are the driving force behind our business. Going out and winning new business from prospective clients. Nurturing and developing these accounts to a formal supplier status, and effectively handling everything that comes between. The rewards are high, but this is hard work. Our consultants effectively handle their own business, but trade under the renowned Intelect name, and benefit from the plethora of support and advice our Senior Management offer.
